Manager, Human Resources Post Date: 05 Jun 09Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of HR support to the organization covering aspects of talent acquisition, performance management, career progression, staff engagement and retention, etc.
Formulate and review policies and procedures and to supervise the updating of employee handbooks to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
Provide consultancy to line management in both the Hong Kong Head office and Worldwide offices to enhance organization effectiveness and staff relations.
Assist the Senior Manager in implementation of programs in relations to manpower planning and staff development.
Coach and guide other staff members on the team.
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
University graduate in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 10 years¡¦ working experience in the human resources area, of which at least 3 years in managerial position
Well versed with prevailing HR systems and practices preferably with regional exposure
Exposure in policy and process review, project management and consultancy services
Strong planning and implementation skills, attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build up the rapport with people at all levels
Able to manage multi-tasks and work under tight time frame
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
The successful candidate will be engaged in contract employment for two years.
