The Solutions Consultant will manage the set-up, training and change management aspects of an implementation of the Sales Management Solution that provides productivity and automation tools for the fulfillment, accounting, general ledger and reporting areas and to provide specific product expertise to the Amadeus sales teams during the commercial cycle.
l Minimum 3 years experience in travel agency in the fulfillment or accounting environments.
lExperience as a change management consultant or ERP system implementation consultant working for a consulting firm or IT solutions firm.
lExperience in accounting is preferable.
lStrong operational travel agency business process and operational knowledge is a benefit.
lAccountability, pro-activity (self learning), analytical and conceptual thinking, detail oriented, and flexibility.
lExcellent coaching and training skills, need to work as an advisor to the customer.
lExcellent communication and presentation skills.
lProficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
lUniversity degree in a business related or accounting discipline
