Upon the completion of training and achieving the minimum business volume, Financial Management Trainee will be promoted to Assistant Unit Manager
As an Assistant Unit Manager, you will be trained in team building for the preparation of promotion to Unit Manager. Once you successfully complete the training and achieve the required business volume, you will be promoted to Unit Manager
You are expected to become Unit Manager within one year, therefore you must remain focused, target oriented and motivated even under pressure
SELECTION CRITERIA

University graduates(Banking / Finance / Economy / Accounting/ Business preferred)
Overseas graduates will be given priority
Self-motivated with confidence and sales drive to achieve targeted goals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent networking skills, personal service oriented
Being a natural centre of influence is advantageous
Sound analytical and problem solving skills
Fluency in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus and excellent command of written English and Chinese
