Job Scope

Develop, and manage the marketing strategies & its implementation
Specific focus to be applied to both tactical marketing activity to generate short term revenue and strategic marketing activity to profitably position the group brand for the long term
Drive marketing campaigns for all Business Units
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with business units
Work in collaboration with the BU Marketing teams, the Director of Sales Marketing, and functional experts on the Corporate Marketing team (and at outside agencies) in order to support BU brand-building, and revenue objectives
Review and provide expertise in selection of all marketing support agencies for advertising, design and printing
Monitor sales collateral production
Coordination and brand alignment of all BU sales collaterals
Responsible for local and international media planning and relations program for the company
Strategize, develop and supervise internal communications program for online and traditional media platforms
Supervise and manage the communication team which is including Media, Public Affairs, and Magazine & Website
Work with in-house / outside agency to ensure quality creative copywriting
Compiles and manages comprehensive list of media contacts. Delegates assigned accounts to Communications staff as appropriate
Coordinates and executes publication of Member’s Newsletter
Develop and provide direction for group website revamping
Develops and organizes press promotional activities
Ensure press kit information is kept up-to-date
Reviews and directs club and resort sponsored events and community relations activities
Ensures press clippings are routinely circulated to key management and filed

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

-- To support the Business Development Team to execute group sales and business development to ensure they are delivered in line with the Sales & Marketing plan

-- To liaise with travel agents handling inbound businesses

Requirements:

A self starter and capable of implementing sales strategies to penetrate target market.
Minimum two years experience in tourism industry and familiar with inbound travel agents working patterns.
