TECHNICAL SERVICE OFFICER/ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SERVICE OFFICER Responsibilities:
- Focus on helpdesk support, system operation & daily user support service for internal staff.
- Provide daily data backup, system health checking & network monitoring on shift basis.
- Assist in maintenance & administration of computer system.
- Maintain record of all MIS activities in a clear & up-to-date manner.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with company standards & security requirements.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer science or related discipline.
- At lease2 years IT user support working experience.
- Familiar with adobe, MS Office & Internet application is a must.
- Familiar with Windows, Linux & MAC platform is preferred.
- Familiar with active directory & exchange system is preferred.
- Familiar with video editing, CAD/CAM, project application is an advantage.
- Experience in media or TV industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge in ITIL service support processes is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate enthusiasm and a rapid learning capability.
- Highly motivated team player with positive and proactive attitude.
- 24-hour shift duty is required.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
-Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Technical Service Officer.
