- Provide strategic IT solutions on user requirement, system analysis & design, development, testing and implementation of applications and solutions
- Initiate IT projects in identifying enhancement and opportunities for process improvement
- Responsible for data, network and serves maintenance, system administration and technical support
- Provide data analysis and reporting services
- Account for data cleansing, data quality management, data enhancements, investigation of data irregularities
- Work closely with external vendors on system, network and hardware maintenance and enhancement
- Trouble-shooting on hardware/software/network and problem diagnosis to end users
- Provide on-site hardware and software installation and regular day-to-day technical support
Requirements:
- University graduate in Information Systems, Computer Studies, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 4 years’ solid experience in technical/system support and data base administration
- Experience in retail operation system support (i.e. POS, CRM) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Oracle, Sybase, SQL, Linux, MS Office applications and other analytical tools
- Effective organization, delivery and collaborative skills
- Able to work independently with limited supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of English and Cantonese
