Marketing Assistant Post Date: 02 Mar 09Responsibilities:
Assist and coordinate with production houses, contractors and printing houses on producing marketing communications materials

Provide administrative and marketing support to shipment logistic of master plan publications and souvenir

Requirements:
University graduate, preferably in marketing or communications

Hand-on experience in coordinating with printing/production houses/contractors on marketing communications jobs, especially working experience in advertising agency.

Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese

Mature, organized, attentive to details and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules

Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sound knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage

Immediate availability or short notice preferred

The successful candidate will be engaged on contract terms for 4 months.
