Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing the operation of all restaurant outlets to ensure basic service and product standards are in place
Monitor labour deployment, hiring, on boarding, training of new staff
Propose food and drink promotion activities
Plan and implement simulation based training
Prepare budget and forecast etc.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5 years Food & Beverage management experience in a top hotel company or a major restaurant group in a supervisory or management capacity
Fluent spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese dialect)
Good wine & beverage knowledge
