Requirements:

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Market Coordinator to join our growing team in Hong Kong! In this role your main focus will be to contact and develop our hotel suppliers in specific regions.

The main responsibilities will be:

-- Contact new hotel suppliers via phone to establish contracts

-- Sell and promote HotelClub to our suppliers

-- Develop relationships with Hotel Suppliers

-- Manager availability report on a weekly basis to prevent over bookings

-- Manage Help Desk for hotels in assigned region +- emails and phone calls

-- Coordinate and manage RTG and HC newsletter including:

o Manage newsletter for hotels

o Mange Adhoc promotions

o Complete monthly and quarterly reports

-- Assist the Market Managers

-- Contract administration

The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in travel and/or hospitality, have excellent administration, be passionate about sales and customer service and have excellent communication skills.
