Report to group GM and be responsible for managing the operation of all Chinese outlets, restaurant and hotel Chinese outlets, including banqueting
Ensure basic service and product standards are in place
Monitor labour deployment, hiring, on boarding, training of new staff
Lead in resolving problems encountered in daily operations and oversee execution to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operation
Propose food and drink promotion activities
Manage and prepare budget and forecasting, with proposal on remedy actions if shortfall
REQUIREMENT
Degree / Diploma holder in Hotel / Catering Management or related disciplines
10 years’ F&B operations experience, with 5 years in management position
Knowledgeable on cost control, health and safety, hygiene standard
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Mandarin
Pre-opening or renovation projects experiences preferred
An energetic and creative self-driven leader with effective motivation skills and team building skills
Strong business acumen and possess in-depth knowledge in Hong Kong market trend and Cantonese cuisine is a pre-requisite
