Travel & Meeting Services Manager May 09You will serve as the Asia Pacific regional contact and support for all corporate Travel-related policy, process and program components, implementations and issues. To access needs of the Asia Pacific region as they relate to corporate travel and advise the Global Travel Team and management levels as to opportunities based on these needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree +- MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years in Corporate Travel Industry within one or more multinational companies in Asia Pacific region.
Solid experience in project management, project plan, action plans and timeline management.
Solid T&E related procurement expertise, mainly in running tender processes, bids' evaluation, negotiation and contract management
Proficient computer skills +- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Power Point skills are essential.
Knowledge of travel related tools is a definite.
Strong communication and presentation skills, positive and a team player
Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese
