The roles entails providing consultation on international assignments (including international assignments policy review, cost management and immigration matters ) and liaise with BU leaders and HR representative in handling international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management issues.
The ideal attributes for this role would be minimum 5 years of experience Expatriate Management and International Mobility area, with exposure in Asia Pacific countries. Strong leadership and additional exposure to compensation and tax methodologies would be beneficial.
