5pm-2am Shift Customer Care (Quarry Bay, Bank/Card) Our client is looking for the captioned post:

Pls mark the shift hours you are working / worked in each of your job if you have/had

- 5 days per week; need to work on Sundays& Public Holidays

- 8 hours per day, with on top 1 hour mealtime.

- Duties : answer incoming calls of enquiries and compliants

- no need to sell

- willing to overtime after 0200 if need.

- willing to work in an environment closelymeasured by computer for calls' pick up time, talking durationand quantity of calls, etc.

Requirements:

- MUST withon shift (around till 12a.m.) Customer Service in Call Centre of any industry experience

- Conversational English- ableto handle English speaking clients - Fluent Cantonese

- Mandarin an asset

- Applicant must be HK permanent resident and no need to apply working visa. Now in Hongkong.

Salary: Neg (depends on how much related experience, withshift allowance)
