Reservation Control Officer Post Date: 02 Jun 09Job Duties

Handle day-to-day system control functions such as system set up, schedule update, system maintenance, queue handling, GDS, sing-in code, e-term account management etc.
Requirements

Form 5 graduate or above
Min of 2 years airline/travel agent experience in reservation and/or system control
Familiar with Travelsky/USAS based reservation system a definite advantage
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in PC skills including MSWord and Excel
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
