Accounting Officer Post Date: 12 Jun 09Job duties:
Monitor the daily cash position of the related party companies
Prepare monthly reconciliation
Control and utilize the company’s fund in an efficiency and effective manner
Register and check all invoices in the ACCPAC Accounts Payable System
Prepare accounting schedules for audit purpose of related party companies
Requirements:
F.5 graduate or above with LCCI 3rd stage +- Accounting
Semi or finalist of recognized Accounting Body such as HKICPA, ACCA etc is preferable
At least 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in airline or travel industry
Working experience in PRC is preferrable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, independent, hardworking and detail oriented
Excellent analytical and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
Knowledge on ACCPAC accounting system is definite advantage
Good command in both spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
