Executive, Office Administration Post Date: 05 Jun 09Responsibilities:
To be responsible for office renovation and maintenance projects including contractors/users liaison, space planning and monitoring contractors¡¦ work, and facilities management for both the Head Office and Visitor Services Centres

To be in charge of office security including supervision of security guard, monitoring of the security system and be the chief contact for security alarm system

Keep abreast with market information on office equipment in order to ensure timely and cost effective provision of office equipment

Maintain the safety system for the Hong Kong Tourism Board in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance

Support the Manager, Office Administration in drawing up general office administration guidelines and procedures and other ad hoc projects


Requirements:
University graduate with at least 4 years solid experience in office administration, with at least 3 years hand-on experience in office renovation project and facilities management

Well versed with the Occupational Safety & Health Ordinance and other related regulations

Proficient in written & spoken English and Cantonese

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Mature, self-motivated, analytical, responsible, organized and meticulous

Proficient in PC applications

Able to work independently and under pressure
