Regional Program Manager Jun 09Excellent opportunity from a global leading business travel management corporation! Our client delivers first-class, comprehensiveand effective business travel programs and solutions to multinational corporations, top-tier banking groups and government institutions. To cope with its business strategy, our client is URGENTLY seeking for the right candidate to fill the following position.

Key responsibilities :Reporting to the Global Program Director, you will -Manage business relationship with designated portfolio of clients in APAC Region. -Develop and implement regional travel management plan. -Identify and build-up business opportunities within existing client portfolio -Manage multinational corporate travel agreement with clients, monitor contract renewal and indentify areas of opportunity for terms/program improvements. -Act as key contact and represent the clients to communicate with internal departments as required on delivery and agreement matters. -Keep track of client’s profitability levels and address profitability improvement when necessary.-Monitor program management budget as set for the identified client portfolio. -Closely liaison with regional and global sales teams, products teams and finance teams, etc.

To qualify :-Bachelor Degree or above, in Marketing or Business Administration. -8 years account or program management experience in multinational business travel management industry.-Proven experience in implementation of regional travel management business plan. -Strong network with Regional Travel Managers of corporate clients. -Service-oriented, motivated and proactive with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill. -Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal/external business partner from various level and background.-Excellent written and spoken English.
