Job Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, running and controlling all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations
Works closely with marketing to develop marketing plans and promotions
Participate in pre-opening development projects and strategies
Good knowledge in French cuisine within a fine dining environment
Requirements
University degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
Prior working experience in French fine dining environment is mandatory; in Hong Kong is a plus
5 years restaurant experience of which 3 years in management capacity within a 5-star hotel environment
Native in spoken and written French, fluent in English
Effective communicates skills, excellent service attitude and high control in compliance and standard
