Reporting to Head of Tour Operating, you will be responsible for:
-- Negotiate with local & overseas vendors (e.g. airlines, hotels) and tour operators on tour arrangement and quotations
-- Assist in product and new itineraries development
-- Liaison with internal departments to ensure the delivery of tour products in terms of quality and costs are in line with company strategies.
-- Handle itinerary planning, operation and vendors support.
-- Monitor quality control on tour products to ensure in line with legal and corporate requirements, e.g. Health & Safety, Corporate Responsibility.
Requirements
-- F.7 or F.5 with formal training in Tourism
-- Minimum 7 years' working experience in travel industry
-- Must be computer literate, knowledge of Chinese WP & Abacus added advantage
-- Proactive and willing to take ownership
-- Able to work under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines
-- Good communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
-- Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese
-- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
