RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all sales elements of the hotel and be responsible for the development of all market segments +- including but not limited to corporate, travel, revenue management and catering
Lead a team of more than 20 staff and ensure excellent services and follow-throughs are provided to achieve and exceed budget and target
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder in a related field or discipline
Minimum 8 years of well-rounded hotel sales experience, recent 3 years in a managerial level and at least 5 years in 5-star hotel environment
Result oriented, self-motivated and creative
A team player with strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
