KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
Explore new business development activities and maintain renewal retentions in property or casualty lines.
Conduct risk assessment through review on submissions, and active interactions with intermediaries and information search from public available channels.
Perform underwriting procedures compliant to company’s authorization,rules, regulations and guidelines.
Provide guidance and develop team members
Conduct research and prepare report for assigned projects.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified ACII, ANZIIF or related discipline.
Proven experiences in servicing commercial and corporate clients.
Sound underwriting skills in property and casualty lines. Candidates specialize in either one line shall also be considered.
Use of MS software applications and possess general computer literacy.
Capable of managing and performing multi-tasks with prioritization techniques.
Meticulous, supportive and helpful personality.
Effective and persuasive communication skills, written and verbal, both English and Chinese.
