District Manager Oct 08Functions:
Supervise and direct all aspects of the assigned outlets in our industrial catering division which specializes in school catering, institutional catering and outside catering event, to ensure that the service and product are in alignment with our Company standard.
Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for monitoring daily operations of corporate client accounts and all operational and administrative aspects of assigned accounts.- Communicate with customer to ensure customer requests andneeds are processed professionally.- Control the cost fo food and expenses to meet the maximum profit.- Control the inventory stock at a reasonable level.- Direct, supervise and train the staff performance and activities on all aspects of customer service.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in hotel & catering management or related discipline- At least5 years relevant experience in school catering, industrial catering or fast food industry of which 2 years at
supervisory level.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with strong analytical and leadership skill- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Holder of valid driving license No. 1 & 2 is an advantage- Candidate with less experience will be considered as District SupervisorWe offer attractive remuneration package and good career prospect to the right candidates.
