Customer Service Executive - Hong Kong

Customer Service Executive Oct 08Responsibilities:

To handle customer enquiry, booking and complaint
To perform general clerical work
Liaise with different departments to follow up customers' requests
Update membership data for the customer


Requirements:

Form 5 or above with good English & Mandarin
Matriculated or above with at least 2 years experience in customer service field
Courteous, enthusiastic, pleasant telephone manner
Competent in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available
