Distribution Compensation Officer Develop Your Career in a Growing Financial Services Group

The incumbent will be responsible for:--handling the compensation and various reporting for broker and bancassurance channels-ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll process for all distribution channels -prepare reports to various departments handling tax return to IRD-perform user acceptance tests including system enhancement, compensation package changes, and subsequent modification to the systems - actively participate in the automation projects for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing systems

We are looking for a professional team player with:--Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent; - At lease 4-5 years experience in distribution compensation;- Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access;- Solid experience in automation projects will be an advantage; - Strong analytical and problem solving skills;- Good communications skills in both English and Chinese;- Result-oriented and able to meet tight timeline
