Head, Bancassurance (Our Ref.: BI-AF-GC-252-08) Key objectives

Leading the bank’s bancassurance business unit
Develop business opportunities
Close co-operation with other departments to build a solid product/marketing/operations platform
Working towards necessary infrastructure for business growth targeting at premium clients
Responsible for reporting and analysis for your segment, including identifying problems and solving these smoothly
Evaluate and explore new client segments and ensure regional competitiveness
Responsible for expanding the existing client base
Communicate effectively with other parties and stakeholders to analyse current work flows
Make improvement suggestions on a continuous basis.
Key Requirements

University degree in Finance/Economics/Business or related subject
At least 8 years working experience in insurance management role +- management experience essential
Proven ability to develop new business and create and implement new strategies in insurance segment
Solid insurance products knowledge
Skilled in multitasking and strong customer service orientation, both with internal and external customers
Confident, mature and sales driven approach with strong work ethics
Strong language skills in both English and Chinese
