Senior Centre Administrator Post Date: 11 Mar 09Responsibilities:
l Answering telephone call
l Supervise the front-line staff in handling customer’s enquiries, service and and complaints
l To develop communication channels for external and internal customers
l Perform general receptionist duties and greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
l Liaise with different departments to follow up customer’s requests
Requirements:
l Form 5 or above
l A minimum 4 years’ experience in Customer Service
l Be independent and presentable
l Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
l Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
l With Medical/Receptionist background would be advantage
