Customer Service Officer - Hong Kong

Customer Service Officer Post Date: 06 Feb 09Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and complaints
Assist in organizing corporate events
Support on sales and marketing event and functions including product seminar, familiarization tour, exhibition booth trade etc.
Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements

F. 7 or above
At least 2 - 3 years of customer service experience in Tourism industry
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Mature, patient, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
