RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing support in daily operations of pension administration to provide good after sales support and service to customers and distributors.
Required to verify and check data to ensure compliance with statutory requirement, meet turnaround time and assist in monitoring team performance and give coaching to subordinates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree holder with MPF professional qualification
At least 3 to 5 years working experience in pension fund administration, preferably in large financial institution
Customer service mindset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, detail-oriented and high initiative
Team player with strong desire to succeed
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
