Supervise a team to provide customer service to different distribution channels on all after sales service;
Handle enquiries on Claims, Underwriting and oher related administrative issues;
Handle ad hoc projects when necessary;
Diploma or above, with professional insurance qualifications preferred
At least 5 years' relevant workingexperience in life insurance with 3 years' supervisory experience
Knowledge of underwriting and claims preferred
Good leadership skills and able to motivate the team members
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills to handle internal & external customers
Good command of spoken English andCantonese& able to speak Mandarin
