Supervise a team to provide cusomer services at cashier counter
Handle ad-hoc CS projects
Diploma or above, with professional insurance qualifications preferred
At least 5 years' CS experience in life insurance, in which of 3 years in supervisory level
Solid experience in counter service is a must and knowedge of payment processing preferred
A team player with good leadership skills
Good interpersonal and cusomer services skills
Good command of spoken English & able to speak Mandarin
IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
