To cope with our rapid expansion, we urgently require the following position(s) in our Call Centre:
Call Centre Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise telesales teams to perform inbound / outbound telemarketing projects, achieve business target, maintain high service standard and other ad hoc projects
Assist the Dept Head to monitor the daily operation procedures of Call Centre to ensure a smooth work-flow in a timely, effective manner
Design & conduct training program to enhance sales performance & provide quality customer service
In-charge of report preparation and program analysis
Requirements:
F.7 up with IIQE paper preferred, say initiative and good interpersonal skill
Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in banking / customer service telemarketing/ outsourcing centre industry
Customer-oriented with positive problem-solving capabilities, aggressive, result-oriented and detail minded
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications, Word & Excel
Travel to Branch Offices (PRC) if necessary
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
