General Insurance Sales Manager / Assistant Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

Form 5 or above andwith5 years related experience in general insurance industry, of which 2 years in management position
Passed IIQE Papers I, II, III, IV, Vand havesufficient CPD hours
Knowledge in insurance products and related ordinances
* Desire for a stable working environment
Lead & coach subordinates to achieve company targets
Explore & develop new source of business
Organize marketing activities & campaigns
Handle ad hoc projects
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
