Administrator (1 Year Contract) The jobholder will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the marketing department. He / she will be responsible for
Lining up meetings and appointments for managers
Providing logistics support to staff events
Stock checking and reporting for marketing materials
Other administrative support such as filing, ordering stationary, taking minutes, letter-shop and coordinating travel arrangement and
Assisting ad hoc assignments as requested
Requirements
Form 7 or above with formal secretarial training, experience in financial services and/or insurance industry an advantage
Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
Experience in arranging event logistics
Proficient in MS office especially PowerPoint presentation
Fast-learner and strong interpersonal skills
Attentive to details, organized and methodical in work practice
Immediately available is highly preferred
