RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the manager to underwrite and manage the sales and marketing activities of the Motor portfolio
Provide quotation with adherence to company guideline and authority limits
Ensure underwriting profit with a balance between portfolio growth and prudent underwriting
Provide quality service and underwriting support to target intermediaries
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder in marketing or business related discipline
Holder of professional qualification in general insurance such as
ACII or ANZIIF is an advantage
At least 6 years’ underwriting and marketing experience in general insurance in which 2 years in supervisory level
Good marketing skills and results oriented
Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Good planning, organizing and analytical skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Applicants with less experience will consider as Assistant Manager
