Job Description
Give advice on claims / incidents handling to regional claims personnel
Assist and advise on recoveries against possible parties
Update and make appropriate financial reserve in claim management database
Liaise with regional claims personnel, external lawyers and surveyors.
Report to, advise, and communicate with external liability carriers on claims matters
Qualification
A degree holder
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Insurance and/or related services industries
Work experience in logistics and transportation industry
Knowledge of contract law, duties of care, and litigation procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
Analytical, computer literate, and ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
Flexibility, Good Team player
