Claims Executive - Motor Insurance Responsibilities:
Assess and processmotor insurance claims within authorized limit
Ensureclaims are settled properly and promptly
Provide quality claims service in accordance to the service standards, procedures and guidelines.
Arrange disbursementand payments on claims settlements
Reply enquires from intermediaries and customers in a timely manner
Requirements:
Form 7 or above with ANZIIF /ACII qualification or in progress
2-5 years experience inMotor Insuranceclaims
Able to work independently
Team player with apositive attitude
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
PC skills: MS Wordand Excel
