RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting products through the broker network and directly to large companies Answer sales enquiries from brokers and direct clients Locate, qualify and approach prospective clients Prepare insurance quotations and proposal documents Build excellent relationships with brokers and expand the broker network Maintain an awareness of competitors’ activities, products and pricing Provide product training both internally and externally Give sales presentations to brokers and clients Plan and implement sales campaigns
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent command of spoken and written English with an understanding of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin preferred At least 5-7 years relevant sales experience, insurance sales experience preferred with a track record in Employee Benefits
Proven track record in meeting sales targets Experience of giving presentations to brokers and senior executives Proactive and results oriented with a good understanding of the strategic sales process Able to travel as required
