Claims - (Asst) Manager / (Sr) Executive Our clients are reputableInsurance institutions in Hong Kong, as a result of business expansion, they are currently looking for a highly caliber to fill up above positions :

Responsibilities :

- With pre-defined authority levels for different products; to assess, adjust and approve claims applications

- Handle claims case independently

- Answer and handle inquiries coming from different channels including Agents, Brokers and Customers

- Follow, review and revise internal guidelines to ensure operations efficiency- Assist ad hoc tasks assigned

- Team leading andcoaching with skills transfer

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience; plus2 years for senior positions

- Solid experience in Claims operations of Either ONE of followings :

(1) General +- Personal Lines (e.g. Accident, Travel, Household, Health, Motor, Golf, Risk . . etc.);

(2) General +- All Lines;

(3) General +- Commercial Line (e.g Marine Cargo, Motor, Liability, Construction, Engineering, Employees’ Compensation, Credit Risk, Professional Risk . .etc.;

(4) Life and Medical;

(5) Life (Med or Non-Med) : Death, Critical Illness, Disability . . etc.- Good interpersonal skill and team member

- Work independently and self-motivated

- Good PC Skill
