Customer Service - Asst. Manager / (Sr) Executive (Banking or Insurance) Our clients are reputable Insurance and Pension Fundinstitutions in Hong Kong, as a result of business expansion, they are currently looking for a highly caliber to fill up above positions :
Responsibilities :
- Team leading with coaching and skill transfer
- Handle inquiries and complaints coming from different channels; reports preparation and generation for management review
- Client relationship buidling and maintenance
- Provide administrative and departmental support
- Handle ah hoc tasks assigned
- Work closely with else functional units to provide quality service
- Follow service guidelines for adapting new marketing strategies and company objectiveRequirements :
- Form 7 or above with working experience gained from Insurance / Banking / Commercial Loan/ Financial Service/ Call Center preferred
- Minimum3 years' relevant experience
-Excellent interpersonal skill with positive attitude in serving people
- Good team leading and supervising
- Work independentlyand self-motivated
- Familiar with EitherGroup / Pension / General / Life / Investment-linked / Personal-Financing products is an asset
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
