Regional IT Business Manager Lead and manage a team of regional and country Business Analysts to provide business analysis, requirement translation to functional specification, gap analysis, and business process in system's perspective to IT department priority projects. Provide project management / coordination and develop / enhance IT process where required. Ensure user expectations are managed appropriately and deliveries of results match business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to analyze user requirements, evaluate options, recommend solutions and implement new system facilities;
- Key activities include but not limit to systems analysis, project planning and management, business process re-engineering;
- Provide solution that reduce expense or increase productivity through automation, system enhancement, improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of front and back office operations in a professional IT framework;
- Analyze short and long term business requirements for database administration and recommend innovations;
- Reinforce the standard IT development and testing processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in IT, BA, PM, PMO, QA or equivalent,
- Solid experience in insurance or financial business is a must;
- Demonstrated project management, communication and organizational skills;
- Proactive, self-motivated, with strong analytical, strategic and problem solving skills;
- Project Managemenet and / or Business Analysis certification is a plus;
- Excellent spoken & written English & Chinese;
- Ability to work with people of various cultures.
Candidates with less qualification / experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst.
