RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist in supervising the daily operations of the claims team; Coordinate the processing and settlement of medical insurance claims; Evaluate and approve the payment of all types of insurance claims according to the designated limit of authority; Examine claims documents; Handle customer’s enquiries; Prepare related statistical analyses for management reference;
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduate in related discipline, with professional qualifications such as ACII and ANZIIF an advantage;
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in medical insurance business, with good knowledge of claims operations; Good customer service mindset, with the ability to work independently under pressure; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent command of written & spoken English; Our client offers excellent career prospects to the right candidates.
