Part-time Customer Service Officer - Service Centre, COO Division Working in our Service Centre, the jobholder will be responsible for providing customer services to both of our internal customers and/or external customers as well as handling related administrative duties.Requirements:- Form 7 or above with passes in IIQAS Papers 1, 3 & 5- At least 2 years' experience in life insurance industry or customer service field- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills- Proficient in English and Chinese with communicative level in Putonghua- Good PC skills including Word and Excel* Working Days: Monday and Friday from 12:00noon to 4:00pm We offer excellent career prospects and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
