Assistant Manager - Insurance (Marine Claim Division) in Japanese Non-Life Insurance company in Central
Requirement:
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- 3 years or above solid experience in Marine claim processing in Insurance or Survey company
- Professional qualification ACII or ANZIIF required
- Responsible, mature and good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS software
Duties:
- Handle Marine claims processing
- Monitor and check of claim documents for superior's approval
- Liaise with Solicitors, Surveyors and loss adjusters as well as third party
- Report to Claims Manager and prepare claim reports
- Manage to respond to claim enquiries
