Direct responsibilitiesmanage hotel andcafe operations
Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, controlcost and minimize damage and loss
Monitor all catering sectors needs for improvement and innovation
Develop plans to support ongoing operational supervision
Take up special projects as assigned by the management office.
Requirement:
Diploma in F & B Management
2 years experience in F& B industry
Aggressive in achieving sales target and evaluate shops operation efficiency
Strong Communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
