Based in China, you will be responsible for leading the hotel project, design office and contractors toward a successful completion.
The Job:
Responsible for planning, programming, monitoring and controlling the building services installation.
Review of designs, specifications and documents, liaison with consultants and contractors, as well as overseeing building services installation and workmanship
Liaise and collaborate with relevant government departments and officials to ensure compliance with China law and regulations
Knowledgeable in relevant PRC regulations and Codes
You will have:
A Degree in Architectural or Business Studies, with a career track record of a minimum 12 years of experience, of which 5 years in overseeing large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development in China and Hong Kong. Should possess strong team development and leadership skills along with excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
