Customer Service Officer- Pacific Place Store & Kowloon Hotel Store- (2 positions) Job Duties:- Answer incoming telephone calls from customers and employees regarding: general store information, product availability and general store promotions/benefits. - Maintain the highest quality of customer service during calls/ in person, deal tactfully to resolve customer complaints, compliments, and inquiries, and follow the appropriate company procedures. Candidates Requirements :- High School diploma or equivalent - Speak English fluently enough to be clearly understood over the telephone - Communicate effectively with customers

(Shift Duties is required for this position. 10 hours per day between 10:15am - 9:05pm (including lunch / tea break)We offer excellent remuneration package to the successful candidate.
