Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
v Provide professional quality customer services via handling hotlines including inbound and outbound calls
v Provide after-sales services to our customers which includes conducting reminder and retention calls to existing policy holders
v Handle customer service hotline as well as handling written correspondences
v Support CS administrative duties
Requirements:
v F.7 or above
v Pass in IIQE exam, preferably with Paper I, II, III
v 2 years’ relevant customer service experience in insurance industry
v Solid experience in handling customer service hotline preferred
v Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
v Proactive and self-motivated, with positive thinking
v Ability to work under pressure
v Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word
v Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
