Claims Administrator (Healthcare & Group) - Hong Kong

Claims Administrator (Healthcare & Group) The Claims Administrator will be responsible for healthcare claims administration for clients. To fulfill this role, the candidate will

Help to analyze and interpret health care data and claims
Process claims settlement to clients
Coordinate and communicate with clients and insurers in a technical support role
Assist in preparing correspondence and reports
Assist to perform data analysis, claims analysis
Provide ongoing assistance to consultants / claims manager
Conduct research on benefits and related issues


Requirements

F.7 graduate or above
3 - 5 years of experience in claims administration on medical insurance is an advantage
An excellent computer user with proficiency in Windows applications, including Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
University graduate with no experience in claims administration is also welcome
