The incumbent will assist in Life Operations ¡V Underwriting & Issue on data analysis; prepare management reports for policy making; coordinate with Operations Managers to launch and monitor progress of projects; implement workflow study, re-design and modify the system to maximize efficiency.
University / College graduate with minimum 5 years related experience, with 2 years at supervisory level; or F.5 graduate plus 8 to 10 years related experience
Over 2 years in Data Analysis/Operations Management
Knowledge of Life Insurance Operations is preferable
Effective problem solving and communications skills
Good knowledge in PC operation is a must
