The incumbent will plan, organize and control the claims function including claims approval; set up claims practices & guidelines; provide technical support and training to the Claims Team and ensure quality service standard.
University / College graduate with minimum 5 years related experience, with 2 years at supervisory level; or F.5 graduate plus 8 to 10 years related experience
Knowledge of Life Insurance Operations is preferable
Good supervisory and communication skills
Analytical with good problem solving skills
Good command of both written English and Chinese
